Our journey started with the idea of creating a unique whiskey and evolved to broader understanding of the business and people. Setting out to develop a unique expression by creating an American Bourbon style sprit in Scotland, we engaged in extensive search for the right partnerships and opportunities. Unfortunately this style of whiskey, technically a single grain Scotch, simply wouldn't celebrate either. Fortunately the journey provided keen insight into the industry and the people behind it, leading to other opportunities.
